Beginner wire work workshop - Saturday 7th March 2026 10am-1pm- up to 5 people

I am so excited to start my workshops here on the Isle of Man. I absolutely love working with wires, and I cannot wait to show you how much fun it is!

My workshops are all about learning to work with wires. I will not give you a tutorial with one design to work towards finishing. What I want is to teach you how to treat the wires, various techniques that will help you progress, and show you tools you can get as you progress. You can find tutorials of all levels of designs on Etsy and other places, and I would rather give you the knowledge and techniques than specific designs.

You will be able to pick a cabochon from a big collection (I am a bit obsessed) and learn how to set it securely with wires. There are no rules on how a design should look. The only rule I go by is that you make sure the stone is secured and that you love it in the end.

You can make a simple pendant with a simple bail, or make a more elaborate pendant with beads, swirls and other details. It is all up to you:)
